After-sale service

Orimag is committed to the following conditions: The product could be returned within 7 days for no reason from the date of sale on Orimag Online Mall (based on the actual date of receipt). The product could be exchanged if any quality problems occur within 30 days. Our products are guaranteed for one year. You can submit the order application online at Orimag Online Mall. Or contact our Customer Service Center for return and exchange.

After-sales Service Area

Only in mainland China (exclude Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau).

Return Within 7 Days

Orimag promises you:

Return service is available within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item.

1) Please return all the accessories of the goods (including but not limited to the attached components, gifts, warranty cards, user manuals, invoices, etc.);

2) Orimag will refund you within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods;

3) If the return is due to the non-quality problem, the freight is borne by the buyer.

Friendly reminder: It is recommended that the product packaging, accessories, and gifts be reserved for 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. 

Exchange Within 30 Days

Orimag promises you:

1) Within 30 days from the receipt of the goods, Orimag will exchange the goods for you free of charge and bear the freight. Please keep all the accessories of the goods (including but not limited to the attached components, gifts, warranty cards, user manuals, invoices, etc.);

2) Within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods required for replacement, Orimag will send you the same type of products of the same model.

Friendly reminder: It is recommended that the product packaging, accessories, and gifts be reserved for 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

One Year Warranty

Orimag promises you:

Within one year from the date of the receipt of the purchased goods, in case of quality problems, Orimag will provide you with free repairs, and the freight will be borne by Orimag. 

After-sales Service Is Not Available In The Following Cases

1) When the product is out of warranty (exceed the returning, or exchanging, or repairing time limits);

2) Any forms of repair, disassembly, or modification by yourself or any third parties that are not authorized by Orimag;

3) The software failures of peripherals or accessories that are used with the product but are not originally configured with the product, and the product malfunction caused by these software failures;

4) The malfunction caused by misuse, collision, drop, neglect, abuse, liquid, moisture, accident, alteration, improper installation, etc.;

5) The label, machine serial number and anti-counterfeit mark on the product are damaged or have traces of alteration;

6) Natural consumption, wear and aging of consumable materials;

7) The failure caused by lightning strikes or other electrical reasons;

8) The lack of accessories of the product (including but not limited to the attached components, gifts, warranty cards, user manuals, invoices, etc.) or alterations that affect the integrity of the product;

9) The malfunctions caused by improper operations (including but not limited to use, maintenance, keeping, etc.) that are not in accordance with the instructions;

10) Arbitrary alteration of the returning, exchanging and repairing certificates;

11) Damage caused by force majeure such as accidents, disasters, wars, etc.;

12) Other circumstances as stipulated by law.

Service Description

1) The parts replaced in the after-sales service are not returned to the user;

2) When you apply for after-sales service, please backup your own programs and data in advance. Orimag is not responsible for the content being viewed, replaced, deleted or modified in any way, and cannot restore and retain the user's personal programs and data. 

Shipping Instructions

If your consumption amount is over ¥59 yuan on Orimag Online Mall, we will cover the freight (excluding projector screen). We adopt Yuantong Express by default. If Yuantong Express can't directly deliver the goods to you, the goods will be transferred. Because the volumes of the echo wall and the projector screen are large, buyers should prepare to receive the goods in advance.

Please note: We cover freight only in mainland China.
